Terms of Service
Welcome to CertificateHub (hereinafter referred to as "the Site", "we", or "us"). CertificateHub is a community-driven, 100% free online platform providing automated SSL/TLS certificate generation, certificate parsing, and diagnostic IP routing diagnostics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a legally binding mutual agreement governing your access to our ecosystem.
1. Acceptance and Modifications
Whether acting as an individual software engineer or an enterprise administrator, your interactions with this Site—including executing ACME issuance, CSR parsing, private key validation, or IP address evaluation—constitute binding acceptance of these Terms. We reserve absolute authority to revise or refresh these provisions at any time without individual prior notice. Modifications take effect immediately upon updating this page.
2. Permitted Use and Structural Restrictions
This Site is engineered to secure public internet traffic by distributing cryptographic protections. While accessing our tools, you strictly agree to the following:
- Verified Ownership: Any domain submitted for SSL processing must be in your legal possession, under your direct management, or explicitly authorized by its real titleholder. Generating certificates via DNS/HTTP injection or spoofing on unauthorized namespaces is fundamentally prohibited.
- No Malicious Abuse: You agree not to distribute automated scraping frameworks, execute API rate abuse, implement Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) vectors, or probe for system infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Fair Resource Allocation: Our ecosystem interacts with automated upstream CA limits. You must utilize these free tools for conventional DevOps routines; wrapping or white-labeling our APIs for commercial high-frequency resale or secondary exploitation is banned.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The copy documentation, customized interactive designs, underlying layouts, and graphical assets on this platform remain protected under unified intellectual property legislation. The certificate processing capabilities rely on standard open-source ACME interfaces interfacing with Let's Encrypt. Ownership of upstream service engines resides with their respective community foundations.
4. Comprehensive Disclaimers
To comply with global internet compliance provisions and Google AdSense publisher rules, you explicitly accept the following disclaimers:
- "As-Is" Service Provision: All diagnostic indicators, SSL processing capabilities, and lookup datasets are delivered strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline. We extend no express or implied assurances regarding absolute service uptime, zero-latency processing, or absence of procedural software glitches.
- Zero Asset Custody & Indemnification: Under our structural "Security by Design" parameters, we execute zero-retention memory processes and never store your private cryptographic keys. Consequently, CertificateHub shall not be held liable for commercial deficits, data leaks, system misconfigurations, service downtime, or regulatory liabilities stemming from your loss of private keys, failure to build manual backups, server exploit vectors on your end, or sudden upstream policy actions (including key revocations or outages) enacted by Let's Encrypt or associated authorities.
- Accuracy of Network Data: IP geographical criteria, Reverse DNS mappings, and proxy classification logs distributed on this Site are pulled from generic public database repositories. They serve strictly as systemic points of reference and contain no operational performance warranties.
5. Advertisements and Publisher Content
To sustain our commitment to zero-cost community distribution and offset underlying cloud infrastructure and network bandwidth costs, we display compliant advertising placements managed via Google AdSense or associated programmatic networks. External consumer linkages managed via these systems do not carry our corporate endorsement, and you engage with them at your own discretion.
6. Termination of Access
If you violate any provisions established inside this documentation (including fraudulent domain validation or initiating automated stress actions on our architecture), we reserve full authority to block your network perimeter, blackhole your queries, or suspend service distribution to you immediately without explanation or liability.
